Description: The 36in. Steamer Trunk is constructed from high density compressed wood on all 6 sides and reinforced by a metal valence between the lid and base. Biltmore uses the traditional full rivet design in fastening all panels together. Handcrafting a trunk in this manor is expensive, but worth it because this design is 4 times stronger than the more common clad design trunks.
Expedited delivery and easy returns are not available for trunks, due to their excessive size
- Scuff resistant vinyl skin is tough and cleanable
- 2 Leather handles: one on each end of the trunk
- Wood grain laminated interior lining is mildew resistant and cleanable
- Locking lid hinge keeps trunk lid open while packing
- 2 Heavy duty drawbolt locks keep trunk tightly closed
- Center key lock with high security pad lock loop which will accommodate your own padlock
- Reinforced metal corners and valence braces for extra strength and resistance to wear-and-tear
