We warranty to the purchaser of an A.SAKS ON THE GO bag to be free from defect in material and workmanship for 3 years from the original purchase date. If defective, this bag will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of EWS Incentives, Inc. This Warranty applies when the bag is used under normal conditions for which the bag is designed, and does not apply to normal wear and tear or damage related to accident, misuse, improper care, or negligence. In the event of damage caused by the common carrier, it is the responsibility of the user to file at time of damage, a claim with common carrier.
