Ricardo luggage is covered by a limited lifetime warranty. Ricardo’s Warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during warranty period. If the case is under warranty, Ricardo will cover the repair or replacement of that product. If the product is no longer manufactured, Ricardo reserves the right to substitute comparable product. Ricardo does not cover any commercial carrier damage or mishandling. If such a problem occurs, immediately file a claim directly with the carrier. Natural wear and tear, dissatisfaction of product, or changes regarding airline specifications or regulations are not covered by this warranty.
