Save your receipt and if a problem does arise, contact our Customer Service Department at (410) 796-5655 for a repair location in the United States, or for one of our many Worldwide Service Centers. Their Service Centers will promptly repair or replace your luggage at their expense. The only expense you will incur will be in the freight for sending your bag in for repair. The warranty does not cover damage that may result from normal wear and tear, abuse of the product, or common carrier mishandling. LuggageGuru is a factory authorized repair facility for Delsey products and we can service your warranty under the terms of the warranty. LuggageGuru offers added value with the LuggageGuru Warranty, in which LuggageGuru will pick up the case free of charge (in the continental USA) for the first year.
