Samsonite’s luggage is covered by Samsonite’s 10 year limited warranty. Samsonite’s Warranty covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects that occur during warranty period. If the case is under warranty, the repair or replacement of that product will be covered by Samsonite. If the product is no longer manufactured, Samsonite reserves the right to substitute comparable product. Samsonite does not cover any commercial carrier damage or mishandling. If such a problem occurs, immediately file a claim directly with the carrier. Natural wear and tear, dissatisfaction of product, or changes regarding airline specifications or regulations is not covered by this warranty. LuggageGuru is a factory authorized warranty repair facility and we can service this product under the terms of the warranty.
