Korchmar cases are backed by a Limited Five Year Warranty. For five years from the date of purchase, Korchmar will repair or replace any defects in our materials or workmanship. Replacement of your Korchmar case will be at Korchmar’s discretion, if we are unable to repair the item to our high standards. This guarantee does not cover accidental damage, improper handling, or normal wear and tear; specifically excludes claims for any item other than the piece itself. Any common carrier (plane, train, ship, and bus) is solely responsible for damage to your business case incurred while in its possession. (Korchmar does not recommend ever checking business cases as luggage.) Examine your business case immediately after each trip. If it is damaged, submit a claim before leaving the terminal. (Korchmar will make every effort to repair damages due to misuse or accident at a moderate charge.) This guarantee does not cover scars, wrinkles, or minor scratches that are natural to all leathers.
