are unsatisfied with your purchase we offer a

Returns requested due to non-performance of LuggageGuru.com's business
partners will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus return shipping

Central Standard Time and we will email you a return authorization
number. Please print the email with the return authorization number and
enclose it with your return. We recommend that you keep a copy of this
email for your records. LuggageGuru will refuse all returns attempted
without a return authorization number. Please ship the order back using
the carrier of your choice. A delivery confirmation
and insurance are strongly recommended for your own protection.

print the label, attach it to the returned item carton and give it to UPS. We will
