Authorized on-line Tumi dealers charge for shipping on all Tumi orders placed on-line. Please note this charge only applies to orders with Tumi products. Return Policy

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from LuggageGuru, we offer a no-hassle 30 days money back guarantee for any unused merchandise; the only exception is monogrammed items. For the holiday season we extent the refund period for purchases made between November 1st through Christmas to February 1st.

If you would like to return items that you purchased, please email us at orders@luggageguru.com or call us toll free at 1-888-358-4878 Mon.-Sat. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Sun. 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time and we will issue you a return authorization number. This toll free number will only work in the United States and Canada. For International calls please dial 1-516-536-2275. Please print the page with the return authorization number and enclose it with the package. We recommend that you keep a copy of that page for your records. LuggageGuru will refuse all returns attempted without a return authorization number. Please indicate in your request if you would like us to email you a prepaid return UPS shipping label(s) or if you will be shipping the order back using the carrier of your choice at your own expense. If you choose the second option (carrier of your choice) delivery confirmation and insurance are strongly recommended for your own protection.

For customers in the Continental United States upon request LuggageGuru will email you a prepaid UPS label to return the items to us. We will simply deduct the label fee from your refund. This fee covers the cost of return shipping & handling to LuggageGuru.

UPS return shipping label fees (labels will be emailed to you):
• Totes, backpacks, briefcases and smaller items $6.95 per parcel
• Carry-on size luggage $9.95 per item
• Luggage 24 in. and larger $15.95 per item

You can return unused items sold by LuggageGuru for 30 days from the receipt of shipment. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and all accessories included and in the original carton. Any item that you received as a gift with your purchase must be returned unused or we will deduct their retail value from your credit. Monogrammed items are not refundable.

Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes less UPS return shipping & handling fees as stated above. Shipping charges are not refundable. Your credit will appear after LuggageGuru has received and processed your returned item through our return procedure. Within 48 hours the returned item(s) will be refunded to the credit card account number of the original purchaser. LuggageGuru will not credit any account number other than that of the account of the original purchaser.

For customers in Canada please contact us for the return authorization. You may ship the order back to us using the carrier of your choice, delivery confirmation is required and customs documentation must state that this is a return for exchange or refund. Taxes and duty that you paid upon receipt of your order are not refundable through LuggageGuru.com. Anybody who refuses the delivery of the order will be charged a $30 refusal fee to cover the shipping & handling expenses. This fee will be deducted from your refund once we receive the return.

Free Exchanges

You can exchange your purchase up to 30 days from the day you received your order with no return shipping & handling fees. We do not offer Free Exchanges outside the Continental United States. Simply place your new order and email us at orders@luggageguru.com with your new order number. Once we received your email we will issue a prepaid (free) UPS electronic pick-up label. All you have to do is print the label, attach it to the carton and give it to UPS. We will issue the refund within 48 hours of the receipt of the returned order.

To qualify for free exchanges the new order must be minimum of 50% of the value of the original order. All items must be in the condition you received them, with all hang tags attached and all accessories included and in the original carton. Any item that you received as a gift with your purchase must be returned unused or we will deduct their retail value from your credit. Monogrammed items are not refundable.

LuggageGuru Special Warranty (For our customers only)

LuggageGuru provides in-house warranty repair services on all purchases within the terms of the manufacturers warranty. For the first year of your LuggageGuru will pick up, repair and return the item at LuggageGuru's expense. LuggageGuru.com will continue to service all products within the terms of the warranty and return it to you free of charge but after the first year you will incur the cost of shipping the product to us. Other web sites dismiss any problems after the item has been used, telling you to use your manufacturers warranty and burdening you with expense of the freight.

Here is how it works: damaged items have to be boxed and accompanied by the copy of the sales receipt. Just call the LuggageGuru (toll free) at 1-888-358-GURU or e-mail us at orders@luggageguru.com for a return authorization and to schedule the UPS pickup. Have your original sales receipt handy. We will need the original order number or invoice number. LuggageGuru will pay for one pickup attempt only. Any packages returned to us without a return authorization number (RA#) will be refused.
