• Content should be 750+ words 
  
• Original photos would be great if you have them, if not, we will organize appropriate stock photos.
  
• We may need to edit the content slightly to make sure it is a good fit for our readers. 
  
• Include a short bio about who you are and the link you would like us to use that links back to your website.
  
• Once the post is live please share it with your friends and social media accounts!
  
• Just note that once you’ve created a blog post for us, you cannot republish it anywhere else, including on your own site.
